These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BTnet Technology Solutions Plc, the company operating HahuZon.

HahuZon is Ethiopia's largest online classifieds platform that provides the following services:

Free Listings

Post free advertisements for products and services across various categories.

Search & Browse

Search and browse through thousands of listings from verified sellers.

Messaging System

Communicate directly with buyers and sellers through our secure messaging platform.

Premium Services

Access premium features through our subscription packages for enhanced visibility.

3. User Accounts

Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• Ethiopian phone number verification is required
• All information provided must be accurate and complete
• One account per person is allowed

Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You are liable for all activities that occur under your account

4. User Content & Listings

Listing Requirements

• Listings must be accurate and truthful
• Include clear descriptions and genuine photos
• Provide fair and reasonable pricing
• Respect intellectual property rights

Content Moderation

All listings are subject to our moderation process:

• Approval time: Up to 2 hours during business hours
• Up to 8 hours outside working hours (excluding weekends)
• Rejected listings will receive explanation via email
• You can edit and resubmit rejected listings

5. Payments & Subscriptions

Payment Terms

• Payments are processed through FenanPay only
• Subscription fees are non-refundable
• Premium features are activated upon successful payment verification
• Subscription benefits include enhanced listing visibility and priority placement
• Contact our team for payment verification and package activation

6. Prohibited Uses

The following activities are strictly prohibited on HahuZon:

Illegal Activities

• Selling illegal goods or services
• Fraudulent activities or scams
• Money laundering
• Counterfeit products

Platform Misuse

• Spamming or bulk messaging
• Creating multiple accounts
• Manipulating search results
• Harassing other users

7. Safety Guidelines

For Buyers

• Inspect products before purchasing
• Meet sellers in public places
• Verify product authenticity
• Pay only upon receipt of goods
• Report suspicious activities

For Sellers

• Provide accurate product descriptions
• Upload genuine product images
• Maintain active phone numbers
• Meet buyers in safe locations
• Receive payment before releasing products

8. Limitation of Liability

HahuZon is a platform that connects buyers and sellers. We do not:

• Own, sell, or warrant any products listed on the platform
• Guarantee the accuracy of listings or user information
• Assume responsibility for transactions between users
• Provide refunds for transactions between users
• Guarantee the safety of meetings or transactions

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Fraudulent or illegal activities
• Harassment of other users
• Repeated policy violations
• Failure to verify identity when requested

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ethiopia. Any disputes arising from the use of HahuZon's services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ethiopia.
